How do I convert an Excel spreadsheet directly to PDF?
Click the Excel to PDF card in the File Converter tab. Drop your
.xlsx or .xls workbook, and click Convert to PDF. The table headers, borders, and rows are automatically rendered into a crisp vector PDF.
How does AutoCAD Batch Plotting work?
Switch to the AutoCAD Batch Plot tab. Select your plotter, paper size (ANSI/ISO), and plot style (e.g.
Circuitizer.ctb or monochrome.ctb). Drop 1 to 50+ DWG drawings and click Execute AutoCAD Batch Plot. The installed AutoCAD 2026 Core Console plots them with true lineweights, all layers turned on, and zooms to extents.

How can I merge multiple documents and drawings into one PDF?
Switch to the Merge Files tab. Drop PDF specifications, Word documents (
.docx), and architectural images. You can reorder the files in the queue and merge them into a single PDF portfolio.
How do I protect or redact a PDF?
In the File Converter tab, select Protect PDF to lock the file with AES-256 encryption. Or choose Redact PDF and enter sensitive keywords to permanently black them out and purge them from the document.
